Gestalt Coaching is a non-diagnostic model where Katrina believes that her client is capable, holds inner wisdom, and is whole. At moments, clients may have aspects of human dynamics, somatic responses, or reactions that are out of their awareness. Katrina's role as a coach is to co-actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and create a healing experiential process to create awareness and wholeness. Katrina works with her clients to bring them back into alignment and move forward in their lives with proactive responses rather than unaware reactions. Katrina's clients leave feeling uplifted, empowered, and aware.
