Katrina utilizes spiritual tools such as meditation, mindfulness, affirmations, guided imagery, breathing, and Spiritual Mind Treatment (Affirmative Prayer). Katrina is dedicated to knowing the highest and best good for her clients while supporting them in developing the wholeness and oneness within and creating a confidential and sacred

Katrina is dedicated to knowing the highest and best good for her clients while supporting them in developing the wholeness and oneness within and creating a confidential and sacred space to deepen their personal growth and relationships with others and the Divine. Katrina provides coaching to enhance personal development for individuals as well as groups. Katrina is becoming an Equine Gestaltist® to compliment her Spiritual Practitioner license RScP. Katrina is a student in Touched by A Horse® Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® course. She will be certified through Touched by A Horse® September 2024. At such time, Equine Gestalt® services will be available.

In 2007, I started learning from Cathy Hawk and applying the Clarity® tools. In 2009, I licensed as a Spiritual Practitioner RScP through the Centers for Spiritual Living. In September 2024, in addition to graduating from Touched by A Horse®, I have become a certified Clarity® Faculty Member. To learn more about attending a virtual Clari
